Steen Michael Erichsen steps down as CEO of Velliv

After mutual agreement with the Board of Velliv Pension & Livsforsikring A/S, Steen Michael Erichsen resigns his position as CEO. The agreement is made because the Board is of the opinion that Steen Michael Erichsen has made a disposition as regards his personal savings that is not compatible with his position as CEO of Velliv.

Chairman of the Board Anne Broeng says:

"It is with great regret that we must part ways with Steen Michael Erichsen. In his 15 years as CEO, Steen Michael has helped drive a massive development. Velliv has thus been awarded Pension Company of the Year four times over the past five years - as a result of strong growth, low costs, and good long-term returns, among other things.

We acknowledge Steen Michael's great contributions and wish him all the best in the future.” 

CCO Morten Møller will serve as interim CEO until a replacement has been found.
