If you’re struck by a serious illness such as cancer or have a heart attack, you may be eligible for a tax-free disbursement from your cover for certain critical illnesses.

If you have a copy of your medical records from the hospital or specialist, please send them to us.
We’ll review whether we have enough information to assess whether you can receive a disbursement from your cover. If we need more information, we'll contact the hospital or specialist you've been in contact with to obtain additional information about your illness.
We’ll contact you once we have all the necessary information and can inform you of the outcome of your claim.
