Make a claim on your reduced earning capacity cover

Follow these steps

1. Fill in the claims form

   Log into Mit Velliv using MitID and go to “Insurances” to start the application process. 

2. Upload the decision on entitlement to benefits

   Please submit the decision on entitlement to benefits (“Afgørelse om berettigelse af sygedagpenge”) from your municipality, which you received in your e-Boks approx. 4-6 weeks after your first day of illness, along with your application. 

3. We’ll keep you updated

   We’ll inform both you and your employer, so you know what’s happening.
