A new regulatory framework (good practice) requires insurance companies to disclose information.
According to the new framework, we must inform you that we provide advisory about the sold insurance products, what kind of pay our employees receive when the agreement is closed and where to complain, if you disagree with our decisions or want to make a complaint about Velliv for other reasons.
