Velliv's management consists of Kim Kehlet Johansen Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Morten Møller, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Gitte Aggerholm, Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Board of Directors of Velliv comprise a chairman, a deputy chairman and ten members.
