Keep your pension without contributions and insurance
If you do not want to continue your insurance cover, your pension scheme can continue as a scheme without contributions and without insurance cover. However, this is not possible if the value of your pension scheme is less than DKK 12,300. Please contact us within the three months if you want to change your pension scheme to a scheme without contributions and without insurance cover.
What costs will be added to your pension scheme?
Various costs will be added to your pension scheme when you maintain your pension scheme without contributions and without insurance cover.
Costs and fees apply from 1 january 2024.
- Change fee: DKK 805
- Administration fee: DKK 81 per month
Savings cost:
Savings cost depends on your pension scheme being part of an employment pension scheme or it is a private pensions scheme. In general, the costs are unchanged if you keep your insurance cover without making contributions.

The amount of costs, including fees, is based on the rates in force as reported to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
If you want to take out insurance again at a later time
You must submit new health information if you want to take out insurance with us again at a later time. This means that there is a risk that you might not be able to take out insurance on the same terms and conditions as in your current agreement. This may have a significant impact on you if you do not have insurance cover elsewhere. Especially if you are ill or your health condition has changed.

Notify us
If, before the expiry of the three-month period, you decide not to keep your insurance, please fill in the form you have received from us by letter after your contributions stopped.
